As part of a large-scale renovation project, our residential client wanted to upgrade the exterior of her North York bungalow with brand-new cladding.
Solution
The design for the new exterior of this residential building required several different cladding materials as well as different finishing materials. We sourced each material – including hardy board, aluminum and Acrytec panels – from different out-of-province suppliers to bring this vision to life. Our team used their deep expertise to ensure all surface levels worked together and that the materials integrated together seamlessly.
Results
The project was finished on time, and the results are stunning, helping the home stand out as an example of excellent design. The client was delighted with the final product and has hired us to work on another residential project with her next year. She also continues to refer us to her network of contacts.
