Challenge
The owner of this home in Thornhill needed to replace his sizable second-storey exterior deck. With a house full of dogs, our client needed decking material that was durable, long-lasting and wouldn’t require constant maintenance.
Solution
Together with our client, we decided to go with composite decking boards. The composite material would be able to withstand the wear and tear caused by his canine companions and wouldn’t require constant staining like a traditional wood deck. Our team demoed the old, worn-out deck and installed a brand-new 600-sq/ft composite deck on the home’s second storey.
Results
The project went smoothly from start to finish, and our team was able to complete the work on time and within budget. The client was so thrilled with the results that he recommended us to his neighbours, and we will start a project with one of them next spring.
