Challenges
This outdated commercial building was in disrepair and needed a total renovation from top to bottom. We completed a full demolition on the space before starting our work to bring this new real estate office to life.
Solution
We installed brand new floors, windows, interior walls, a staircase, bathroom, and kitchen, as well as new drywall and doors throughout and a custom glass wall partition. When we came up against material shortages, we researched and sourced new supplies to get what we needed and keep the project on track. We also coordinated with the sub-trades contractors and pulled long nights to get the work done on schedule.
Results
Even with material and labour shortages and changes to the project scope, we were able to complete this large-scale project on time and within budget. The client was delighted with the results. They’ve asked us to work with them on future projects, and have also referred us to other contractors in their network.
