This artisanal bakery located in Caledon needed a new concrete slab installed as the base for their commercial freezer. Supply chain disruptions due to COVID meant sourcing concrete and getting it delivered on time was especially difficult.
Solutions
If vendors couldn’t get us the material we needed on time, then we went to get it ourselves. Our team arranged to pick up materials when waiting for supplier delivery would have delayed the project. We ensured we had everything on site before it was needed so the job would run smoothly and on schedule. We also invested time researching suppliers to get the materials we needed at the best price to help keep the project within budget.
Results
The project was delivered on time and on budget, and the client was so pleased with the results that they hired us for another project a few months later.
