Challenges
Our client wanted a complete exterior makeover of their residential property, including a new back deck, exterior fencing, front driveway and the front walkway and steps. Despite supply change challenges and changes to the scope of work, we were still able to complete the project with the highest level of craftsmanship.
Solution
Our team was able to respond quickly to the client’s design changes throughout the project to help keep our work on schedule. Our client also wanted a very specific stone for her interlocking driveway that had to be sourced from an out-of-province supplier, which took longer than expected to arrive due to supply chain issues. We did our best to complete other parts of the project and remain in constant communication with the client to ensure we kept the project moving forward.
Results
The client was thrilled with the final results of her home’s new exterior. We’re currently in discussion with her to work on upgrades to the interior of her house as well.
